Ridge Point is a cozy cottage built in 2022 with total living space of approximately 675 square feet, including the loft. Our goal is to make you feel at home while on vacation with this functional minimalistic living space. The property has natural scenic views of the ridge and cranberry bog along with a fire pit and an outdoor balcony connected to the loft to allow guests to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying their Northern Michigan getaway. On the main floor there is the living area, kitchen, bathroom with large shower, the main bedroom, and stacked washer and dryer. The living area includes a smart TV, electric fireplace, and blanket rack. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, and large island with seating for four. The loft has a second bedroom with a queen bed, dedicated workstation, and a walkout to a second story balcony. There is a spiral staircase with railings to the loft. Everything in Glen Arbor is walkable. Located approximately 1/3 mile from restaurants, shops, the grocery store, township park, and multiple wineries and 2 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan Beaches - it doesn't get any better than this! The amenities of Ridge Point and proximity to Downtown Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes make this a perfect getaway.
